In her Telegram channel, the star shared an effective set of exercises that can be performed with minimal equipment: a table, a sofa and a window – and showed how her named daughter Sonya “helps” her in this.“Sometimes I don’t have time to go to a professional gym, so I have a short but very effective program of exercises that can be done at home,” said Mogilevska.
The singer published a touching video in which she does sports with little Sofiyka. The girl actively helps her mother, trying to attract maximum attention to herself, like all children.
“I enjoy the fact that Sonya most likes to disturb and attract maximum attention to herself, like all children,” Mogilevska lovingly commented.
Later, the singer’s eldest named daughter joined the training. Natalia Mogilevska promised to soon publish detailed video lessons with her home exercises. The singer hopes that her experience will inspire others to do sports and maintain health, regardless of the circumstances.
