A song of loveSong Sung Blue (USA, 2025, Music/Drama/Biography)
The film, based on real events, tells the story of the members of the American tribute band Lightning & Thunder – Mike and Claire Sardine, from their acquaintance to professional recognition, through the lens of their romantic relationship and the difficult trials that befell their destinies.
Hugh Jackman (“X-Men”, “Deadpool and Wolverine”, “The Prestige”, “Les Miserables”) and Kate Hudson (“How to Get Rid of a Boyfriend in 10 Days”, “The Key to All Doors”, “Bride Wars”, “Blank Knives: The Glass Onion”) played the main roles in the film. Critics praised the work of both actors – Hudson even received a nomination for the Golden Globe, and she and Jackman are also named among the candidates for nominations for the Oscar 2026.
The film was directed by American director Craig Brewer, best known for the 2021 comedy Trip to America 2.
The film currently holds a 7.6 out of 10 on IMDb, while on Rotten Tomatoes it holds a 77% “Certified Fresh” from critics and a 98% from audiences. At the same time, on Metacritic, film experts rated it 61 out of 100 points (corresponding to the characteristic of “generally positive reviews”), and the general audience – 6 out of 10 points (corresponding to the characteristic of “mixed or average reviews”).
PrimatePrimate (USA, 2025, horror)
According to the plot of the tape, after arriving home from college, Lucy learns that their pet chimpanzee Ben is not what he used to be. A rabies-infected animal reverts to its wild nature, turning the friends’ vacation into a creepy, primal tale of horror and survival.
The main role in the film was performed by the young American actress Johnny Sequoia, best known for the series “Dexter: New Blood” and “Vir”.
English director Johannes Roberts, best known for the horror films “Strangers: Cruel Games” (2018) and “Resident Evil: Welcome to Raccoon City” (2021), as well as the horror franchise “Blue Abyss” (2017, 2019), shot the novelty.
The film currently has a score of 6.1 out of 10 on IMDb, while it has a 92% approval rating from critics on Rotten Tomatoes.
Greenland 2: MigrationGreenland 2: Migration (USA, 2026, thriller/action/disaster)
The post-apocalyptic survival thriller of 2020 “Greenland” appeared to be a sure middle-of-the-roader – it received good reviews from critics and viewers, but due to the coronavirus pandemic, it barely paid off at the box office and generally went relatively unnoticed by the public. So many moviegoers were even surprised that six years later it got a sequel (but maybe against the background of recent geopolitical events, the film will get more attention). According to the plot, several years after a comet almost destroyed the Earth, the family of construction worker John Gerrit is forced to embark on a new journey to save himself.
In the sequel, the main stars of the first film – Gerard Butler (“300 Spartans”, “Phantom of the Opera”, “London Fall”, “How to Train Your Dragon”) and Morena Baccarin (“Deadpool” franchise, “Homeland”, “Gotham” series) returned to the main roles, while Roman Griffin Davis (“Jojo Rabbit”, “Silent Night”, “The Long Walk”) replaced Roger Dale Floyd as the son of the main character Nathan.
The film was shot by the American director and former stuntman Rick Roman Waugh, who is also the creator of the first “Greenland” and a number of other action films with Butler in the lead role (“Falling Angel”, “Mission Kandahar”).
Trial period(Ukraine, 2026, comedy/romance)
In the center of the plot of this typical Ukrainian comedy is the glamorous daughter of a businessman, Polina, who is used to a carefree life. After her father’s betrayal, she finds herself on probation at an advertising agency. There, for a month, she competes for a position with Roman, an ambitious and principled colleague who sees the world in a completely different way. Their professional rivalry gradually develops into conflicts, unexpected rapprochements and situations where it is difficult to distinguish work tasks from personal feelings.
Kateryna Kuznetsova and Kyrylo Parastaev played the main roles in the film. Ukrainian stars such as Vyacheslav Dovzhenko, Olena Uzlyuk, Andrii Isayenko, Tetiana Malkova, Irma Vitovska and others are also involved in it.
The director was Iryna Gromozda, who previously worked on the series “Coffee with Cardamom”.
People we meet on vacationPeople We Meet on Vacation (USA, 2026, Romance/Comedy)

They are very different – the girl wants to learn about the world and is ready for spontaneity, while the guy likes to stay at home and make plans. For 10 years now, they have been spending a week’s vacation together once a year, but only now are they starting to think about what kind of couple they would make.
The main roles in the film were played by Emily Bader (“Paranormal: The Next of kin”, “Fresh Murders”, the TV series “My Lady Jane”) and Tom Blythe (“The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds and Serpents”, “The Blessing”).
