Love Island fans demand show couple are’ kicked out’ of villa, fuming ‘their journey is done!’

LOVE Island fans are upset over one couple getting loads of airtime and want to see them booted out of the villa.

Producers assembled a dream list of contestants this series – including two legends who recently went through a break-up.

The pair are back together on Allstars and fans are fumingCredit: ErotemeHarriett and Ronnie originally had a summer of love last year when they met on series eleven of the hit ITV show.

They were dumped out of the villa on day 26 after receiving the fewest public votes to save them.

On their return to normal life there were still question marks about whether they were actually re-entering public life as a couple.

Harriett had posted on Instagram calling Ronnie her heart but when asked, he seemed to say they were everything but a couple.

Appearing on So Wrong It’s Right with Olivia Attwood Ronnie said: “Since we’ve been out we’re still together, I don’t know how to say it because obviously you’re coupled up in there, so everyone thinks you’re in a couple. Obviously we’re not, but we are with each other.”

Followed by: “I’d say we’re seeing each other, not boyfriend and girlfriend but we are seeing each other, and we’ve been out on dates since the villa. We’re just seeing how things are going and they’re going really well so far.”

The couple subsequently split just monthly later and when they entered Love Island Allstars fans were surprised to see them coupling up again.  

A showdown between the two this week revealed that Ronnie had cheated on Harriett when they first left the villa, although he defended himself saying: “I kissed one other girl and held my hands up to it.”

Now they are back together again footballer Ronnie seems to be determined to get things right this time saying: “All I want to do is try to build the trust up. And treat you like the princess that you are.”

And: “I want to one day make you my girlfriend and make you the happiest girl in the world.”

The fact that the couple have history and are now seemingly cosying up to each other again has left fans annoyed.

One took to socials to say: “Ronnie n H. Your love island journey is already dun go home now we don’t need round two of this nonsense.”

Another agreed: “Is this love island or the Ronnie and Harriett show, it’s been 40 mins and I’ve had to resort to go on TikTok every time they come on my screen! Send them home.”

As the villa has just been rocked by a triple eviction one fan thought the pair were wasting precious spaces in the villa.

They said: “ronnie & harriett could just go home tomorrow realistically … if you’re in love with someone you already knew why are u on love island???”.
