The rapper, 47, has released a new track titled ‘Lonely Roads Still Go To Sunshine’, which he alleges is a collaboration between Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, King Combs, North West, and Jasmine Williams.
‘LONELY ROADS STILL GO TO SUNSHINE new song by PUFF DADDY feat. His son KING COMBS my daughter NORTH WEST and new Yeezy artist from Chicago Jasmine Williams,’ he wrote in the post on X.
It is thought that North, 11, can be heard on the track saying: ‘When you see me shining, then you see the light,’ along with a select few other lines.
TMZ reports that the track was nearly axed because of Kim,44, who did not want her daughter to feature in the song.
The outlet reported that Kim sent letters demanding a ‘cease and desist,’ and an emergency hearing was held – which Kanye did not join.
Sources added that Kim didn’t want ‘North involved in her dad’s recent behaviour’ or involved in ‘any of the drama surrounding Diddy.’
‘She’s called everyone she could to keep this song from coming out.’

One message which appeared to be from Kim read: ‘I asked u at the time if I can trademark her name and you said yes when she’s 18 it goes to her.
‘So stop. I sent paperwork over so she wouldn’t be in the Diddy song to protect her. One person has to trademark!
‘We agreed when they were born I would get all of our kids’ names and trademarks so no one else would take them.’
To this Kanye appeared to reply: ‘Amend it or I’m going to war.
‘And neither of us with recover from the public fallout.
‘You’re going to have to kill me.’

The music producer, 55, is currently being held by law officials on numerous charges relating to several alleged sex crimes as he awaits trial.
Combs – who has formerly gone by numerous names, including Puff Daddy and P Diddy – has been locked up since he was arrested in 2024 on charges relating to sex crimes, racketeering, and prostitution.
He has been denied bail on several occasions and maintains a plea of innocence, strongly denying all charges brought forward. His trial is set to begin in May 2025.
