The 48 year-old father-of-eight exchanged vows with his fiancée Stephanie Lebo on Sunday at The Barn at Silverstone in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, in front of 180 people, according to Entertainment Tonight.
Notably, only two of Jon and Kate’s eight children — Hannah and Collin, both 21 — were in attendance, with Collin acting as a groomsman in the ceremony, the outlet reported.
However, the other six children — Madelyn, Cara, Aaden, Leah, Alexis and Joel — were all absent amid their ongoing estrangement from their father.
Jon and his ex-wife Kate and their large family were a TV sensation with the popularity of their series, Jon & Kate Plus 8, which premiered in 2007 and was renamed Kate Plus 8 after their 2009 divorce.
They had married in 1999 and welcomed twins Madelyn and Cara, both 25; followed by their sextuplets Aaden, Hannah, Leah, Alexis, Collin and Joel (21), who were born as a result of In vitro fertilization.
Their divorce was finalized in 2009.
Hannah — who was recently seen with sister Madelyn in New York City — and Collin both went to live with Jon in the wake of his split with Kate; Collin appeared to slam Kate in a social media post a few months back, indicating potential rifts in the family.
The Daily Mail has reached out to reps for Jon for further comment on the story.
Jon delivered a touching statement to Stephanie as they entered the new chapter of their lives.
‘Before I met you, I never knew what it was like to be able to look at someone and smile for no reason,’ he said, according to the outlet.
He added: ‘I feel like the luckiest man in the world, because I get to grow old with my best friend and the love of my life.’
Lebo, whose daughter Juliana was on hand for the nuptials, donned a Tasha wedding gown by Eddy K for the big day.
Jon and Lebo began dating after meeting and opened up publicly about their relationship two years later in August 2023.
Jon and Lebo – who has a professional background in research and the beauty industry – crossed paths more than four years ago during a summer barbecue at the house of a mutual friend in August of 2021 – after Jon split with his ex-girlfriend Colleen Conrad.
‘We met at a backyard barbecue at a mutual friend Dean’s house,’ Jon told The US Sun in 2023. ‘It was a hillbilly thing we let fireworks off, it was fun. I had been single for a few months after Colleen and I broke up.’
Lebo recalled to the outlet: ‘It was a graduation party and birthday party for our mutual friend’s nephew’s birthday, but he knew it was my birthday too so he got me a special lotus candle so when it spun around it opened up.
‘Afterwards I got tagged in a post about it on Instagram and Jon wrote, “That was a super cool candle” and I wrote, “It was super cool to meet you” … we started DMing each other and after that we just never stopped talking.’
With the holidays coming up, the new husband and wife will be taking their honeymoon next year with a Caribbean cruise, according to Entertainment Tonight.
In the wake of Jon and Kate’s divorce, TLC recast the show as Kate +8, and six more seasons aired before it ended in 2017.
Jon said in a 2025 interview with E News! that he hadn’t spoken with his ex-wife Kate in around seven years.
‘We don’t communicate,’ he said. ‘I think the last time I heard her voice in person was, like, 2018.’
In August, Kate shared sentiments on parenting in a TikTok post, saying, ‘I don’t know if you have kids or don’t have kids, but I just, I made decisions based on how I would want to be treated, honestly.
‘And I didn’t buy into all the drama and the hate, and the ugly. And I had kids involved, so I wanted it to be as peaceful for them as I possibly could.’
