The presenter keeps in shape thanks to regular training and dancing.
The presenter of the “Closer to the Stars” project on the TET TV channel, Natalie Solonik, frankly said that the issue of weight accompanies her all her life. Despite her spectacular appearance in the frame, she is constantly in the mode of losing weight.
“My permanent condition is losing weight. I think I’m back on it. I’m never completely satisfied with my figure, I’m always working on it. And I’m still working towards my ideal shape,” Natali Solonik admitted.
The presenter maintains her shape thanks to regular training and dancing, as well as a strict diet. She eats three times a day and follows a balanced diet, which must include porridge, lots of vegetables and protein – chicken, turkey, fish or seafood.
“I don’t eat sweets at all, only healthy sweets without sugar. I don’t even remember the last time I tasted cakes, candies or pies. I don’t really have breakdowns. That’s why my secret is simple – don’t stretch my stomach, don’t overeat, exercise and lead a healthy lifestyle,” emphasized Natalie Solonik.
An exception to the rules of the presenter allows himself only when traveling with children. Then she can eat a chicken roll and potato dips with cheese sauce.
Already on February 15, the new season of the show “Closer to the Stars” will start on the TET channel, in which Natalya Solonik, together with Nikita Dobrynin, will reveal the stories of Ukrainian and world celebrities – personal confessions that usually remain behind the scenes. The premiere is from February 15, every Sunday morning on the TV channel TET.
