But bosses might be worried the show would clash with the Grand Final of the Eurovision Song ContestCredit: AFPBritain’s Got Talent will not be on ITV this coming Saturday evening, following a huge shake-up by the channel bosses.

The popular talent show, hosted by Ant and Dec, usually takes the Saturday night slot on primetime telly.

In a huge schedule switch up, football fans can watch the FA Cup Final from 3pm featuring Crystal Palace against Manchester City on ITV on Saturday instead.

This will be followed by a line-up including Deal or No Deal Celebrity Special, Beat The Chasers, and The 1% Club.

Britain’s Got Talent

Britain’s Got Talent will then be shown on the Sunday from 7 to 9pm.

This seems to have been done to avoid clashing with another massive talent competition — the Grand Final of the Eurovision Song Contest.

The shake up comes hot off the heels of another change on the show after bosses decided to add even more Golden Buzzers into proceedings.

ITV previously announced “a brand-new twist” to the live semi-finals, which have seen the inclusion of the Golden Buzzer for the first time.

This allows the judges’ chosen acts to go straight through to the final without enduring the nail-biting tension of the public vote.

But fans of the show haven’t been too impressed and slammed the new rule.

One person on X said: “So we can’t vote until we’ve seen all the acts but a golden buzzer can be given before they’ve seen all the acts…”

“For the semi-finals of @BGT would it not be fairer to choose the golden buzzer act at the END of the show?” asked another.

“Seems she was a bit quick with that golden buzzer then..” said another person.

The schedule shake up comes as the show returned last weekend for the third semi-final of the series.

The programme was opened by the cast of Just For One Day – the musical story of Live Aid, created by Sir Bob Geldof and Midge Ure OBE.

Former show winner Sydnie Christmas also returned to the stage, wowing the judges and audience with her rendition of Over The Rainbow.

The dance troupe Ping Pong Pang secured a spot in the final after the viewer vote.

Meanwhile, Bruno made drag queen singer Jasmine Rice his Golden Buzzer act.

Ping Pong Pang and Jasmine Rice will be joined in the grand finale by Stacey Leadbeatter, Olly Pearson, Vinnie McKee and The Blackouts.

Ahead of the Eurovision Grand Final on Saturday 17 May, where 26 countries will perform to be crowned the new Eurovision 2025 champion.

There are two live Semi-Finals (Tuesday 13 May and Thursday 15th May) for Eurovision fans to review all 37 countries competing in the Eurovision Song Contest.

The top ten countries from each Semi-Final will then make it through to Saturday’s Grand Final.

In Thursday’s Semi Final 2, viewers will also be treated to the first performance on the Eurovision stage from the UK, Remember Monday, singing their entry song ‘What The Hell Just Happened?’.
