Cotton, 43, and Wood, 48, announced their split in December, revealing that after 10 years together, they were parting ways.
In the past few months, it has emerged that Cotton has found love again, and it has now been reported that Wood has also moved on.
Wood is reportedly dating Gemma Gregory, 39, a former actress who is best known for her parts in Popcorn, Gypsy Girl and the BBC television adaptation of Charles Dickens’s Great Expectations.
The star portrayed the young Estella in the 1999 adaptation alongside Ioan Gruffold and Charlotte Rampling. She has since started her own fashion brand called Recovered by GG.
A source told MailOnline: ‘They seem very happy and in love. They have been together some time, and people around them know about their relationship.
‘Gemma is a lovely woman who has been through some difficult times over the years. She deserves some happiness.’

It is with a heavy heart that I let you all know that Jesse and I are ending our marriage.’
She added that their two children, a son named Rex, and a daughter, Honey, are their priority now.
‘Our priority has been, and will always be, our children. We ask that you respect the privacy of our family at this time.’

It was reported that the couple met through their mutual pal Gok Wan, with a source telling The Sun: ‘Fearne and Elliot have known each other for a while. When their marriages ended, their friendship developed into romance.
‘They have been seeing each other since January.’
