“Eurovision-2025” will take place in May, and so far, Ukraine bookmakers are forecasting eighth / UNIAN collage, screenshot Instagram, Eurovision.tvThis year, the 69th International Eurovision-2025 International Competition will be held. One of the most important musical events of the year is scheduled for May. The participants are actively preparing for participation and have already presented their competition compositions, which they will compete for the main prize of the show – a dreamy crystal Cup and world glory.
In all countries that will participate in song competitions, they have selected, during which artists of representatives were elected. Except Moldova. It is known that this country has refused to participate in the competition because of economic problems and the low interest of society in the show. Eurovision will take place in Basel, Switzerland, as the NEMO singers – representatives of this country – won in 2024. The Grand Final will take place on May 17, and the semi-finals-May 13 and May 15.
The competition will be attended by 37 countries, of which 31 will compete in the semifinals. About 20 semi -final winners will enter the finals. In addition, the finals will automatically pass the “Great Five” countries – the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy and Spain and Switzerland, which in 2025 accepts the show.
Performers from all countries that will perform Eurovision have already presented their songs and are all available on YouTube. Ziferblat will perform from Ukraine at the show with the song “Bird of Pray”, which won the national selection.
Interestingly, the bookmakers’ rates did not change after the announcement of all the tracks. According to the rating on ODDS Eurovision, the first place is predicted by Sweden, which will be represented by Kaj with the song “Bara Bada Bastu”.
But the Ukrainian team has risen for one place and now ranks eighth. However, bookmakers may still change.
