A year ago, the dancers had a surgery.

The girl confessed that she lived at a high pace for many years – crossings, new projects, workshops, flash mobs in support of Ukraine, daily interaction with people and assistance.
Because of this, she felt exhaustion – not only physical but also emotional. However, she could not stop. The health was affected by Shoptenko.
Screenshot InstagramThe choreography told that it all started with crunching in the knee, through which it just fell. And then she had surgery, she was forced to walk on crutches. The recovery was long.
Screenshot Instagram”Once my body was an instrument. Sport formed a set in me: to perform, to achieve, to endure. Even with a high temperature, the body had to perform its function. And then it simply refused to live at that pace. The break of two connections in the knee. The first in life surgery. And complete stop. Physical. Physical.
The dancer added that the recovery lasted all year long. Now she listens more to her body and does not ignore it.
