Misha Katsurin prepared his favorite cake / Instagram screenshotThe famous Ukrainian restaurateur and the husband of the singer Nadia Dorofeeva – Misha Katsurin – shared the recipe of a dessert known since childhood. We are talking about “Anthill”.
Together with his children from his previous marriage with Dasha Kutsurina – daughter Oleksandra and son Ivan, he decided to cook this delicacy. He shared the corresponding video on Instagram. The restaurateur emphasized that this is his favorite cake, which is easy to prepare and has an incredible taste.
How to cook “Anthill” according to Misha Katsurin’s recipe
- flour – 600 g
- sour cream – 150 g
- butter – 150 g (dough) + 200 g (cream)
- baking powder – 10 g
- sugar – 50 g
- salt – to taste
- condensed milk – 1 can
- nuts – 150 g
- poppy – for decoration.
First, you should combine sour cream, warm butter, baking powder, sugar and wheat flour. Mix everything thoroughly and put it in the refrigerator to stabilize.
At the same time, boil the condensed milk in a pot of water for three hours. Make sure that the water always covers the jar completely.
Then the dough should be taken out and grated into small pieces. Fry the nuts over low heat. After that, mix the dough with nuts and send it to the oven for 10-15 minutes until golden, then cool.
Transfer the boiled condensed milk into a container with warm butter and mix. Chop the roasted nuts and pour into a bowl with the cream. Add crushed cookies, mix.
The final touch is the decoration of the dessert. The entire mass should be placed on a plate and sprinkled with poppy seeds. Allow to cool and enjoy.
