On Friday, the 54-year-old actress was given the order against her 53-year-old wellness expert ex by a Los Angeles judge.
Phypers is not allowed to own or buy guns, abuse Richards, disturb her peace, be in contact with her, among other restrictions, the Daily Mail confirmed Friday.
If they do have communication, Richards is allowed to record any conversations she has with Phypers, the site added.
The order is scheduled to expire on November 7, 2030.
A source close to Phypers lashed out at the recent development to the Daily Mail: ‘This is a victory for Aaron since none of Denise’s lies proved that he ever abused her.
‘Aaron had been locked out of all his money, personal, and business documents necessary to hire a team and put forth a decent defense against Richard’s million-dollar legal assault of false accusations, plain and simple.’
The Daily Mail has contacted representatives for Richards for comment and has yet to hear back.
Phypers filed for divorce from Richards in July after six years of marriage. She was first granted a temporary restraining order on July 16.
Phypers must also return Richards’ laptop and cannot share pictures of her or provide information about her to the media, the site added.
He has also been told to return videos of her surgeries to her and delete them from all his devices and iCloud account, People claimed.
This comes after Richards claimed that her ex subjected her to domestic abuse.
Phypers’ cousin, Kathleen McAllister, supported Richards’ claims that her ex struck her.
‘I saw Aaron hit Denise and immediately she had a really bad black eye,’ McAllister claimed via her virtual testimony about an incident on January 17, 2022. ‘I’m literally in shock now to this day about it.’
On September 15 Phypers filed a response to her previous claims of domestic violence – which were made in a restraining order in July as she alleged her partner ‘repeatedly abused’ her during their six-year marriage.
According to court documents obtained by People magazine, he has refuted her claims and denied the allegations.
He said in the documents: ‘There is no need for such orders, as I have not abused her and will not abuse her.’
He also alleges that his ex has been ‘frequently’ phoning and messages him and his father.
He claimed: ‘As well as asking other family and friends to ask me to call her so often that it should be considered harassment, demonstrating that she is not afraid of me and that she is the aggressive one.’
Phypers has also claimed the actress has ‘attacked’ and ‘harassed’ him ‘many times.’
Elsewhere in the documents, he referenced an alleged incident on August 3, saying: ‘She barged aggressively and forcefully into other family members’ living spaces, including my brother’s room (which he recorded), violating his privacy rights and looking through his personal property.
‘Denise violently smashed my cell phone, placed it in a trash can buried under bags of trash, and then lied about, claiming she had not taken my phone.’
The couple married in 2018 in a beachfront ceremony that aired on Bravo during The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
Phypers, who filed for divorce in July following what has been described as an explosive argument, previously described her allegations of abuse as ‘bogus’.
He said over the summer: ‘She’s upset. I publicly dumped her to the world, and she’s mad, so how does she retaliate? File a bogus abuse claim.’
