The Homicide singer, real name David Anthony Burke, has been at the center of headlines in recent weeks after the body of a teenage girl was found in the boot of a Tesla belonging to him.
Police discovered the remains of 15-year-old Celeste Rivas in the car and quickly launched an investigation into her death – the musician, 20, has not been named as an official suspect and is said to be ‘fully cooperating with’ inquiries.
It was recently revealed that officers raided the $20,000-a-month property he had been staying in, and recovered ‘several items of evidence’.
According to reports, Burke and his manager, Josh Marshall, have now terminated the lease on the four-bedroom home and are starting the process of moving out.
Mladen Trifunovic, who is thought to own the house, told the Daily Mail that Marshall initially signed the lease last February – but asked to terminate it in the wake of the police raid.

‘This has all been such a big shock. I’m still trying to process everything, and I’m anxiously waiting for the story to conclude itself… It’s very disturbing.’
Trifunovic claimed that he had no idea who Burke was, or that he was staying at the property, until his real estate manager informed him of the police raid.
He shared that he hasn’t been in direct contact with the LAPD, and was unsure about the evidence discovered at the scene.
Burke is said to be ‘fully cooperating’ with the investigation (Picture: Getty) ‘Like everyone else, I want to know who is responsible for this and how a little girl’s disappearance could slip through so many layers of responsibility,’ he added.
‘Are more people responsible for this, other than the immediate ones? Who else is to blame?
‘It’s terrible…you never imagine for one second that a property you own could be dragged into something like this.
‘But it’s a very safe neighborhood with lots of security…[the police] will have plenty of surveillance footage to work with.’

The teenager went missing in April last year (Picture: Riverside Sheriff’s Office) Burke has not yet spoken publicly about the ongoing investigation, or Rivas’ body being discovered in his car.
Before she was identified, the teenager was described as being 5ft 2in with wavy black hair, and weighing 120lbs.
She was found wearing a tube top, black leggings, and with a tattoo on her right index finger that read: ‘Shhh…’
A missing person flyer, uncovered by CBS, showed that Rivas went missing in April 2024, when she was aged 13.
Burke’s shows have been cancelled (Picture: Getty) Her official date of death has been listed as September 8, when her body was discovered after authorities were alerted to a ‘foul odour coming from a vehicle’.
Burke appeared on stage shortly after Rivas was found, but his remaining performances across the US, UK and Europe have since been cancelled.
Metro has contacted Burke’s reps for a comment.
