The I’m A Celebrity star, 39, looked incredible in a strapless leopard print bikini with low-slung bottoms as she enjoyed drinks and laughs on the swanky vessel.
Also on the lavish holiday was her husband Wayne, 40, and their four sons Kai, 16, Klay, 11, Kit, eight, and Cass, six.
Coleen’s parents Colette and Tony have joined them on their holiday as well as retired footballers and Wayne’s ex-teammates Jonny, Michael Carrick and Darren Gibson.
Keen to catch as many rays as possible, Coleen spent much of the day soaking up the sun while Wayne and her parents were seen taking cover.
Coleen was showing off every inch of her incredible figure, the result of gruelling hours spent in the gym multiple times a week.
She was overseeing her brood on the fun-filled day, as she was spotted clutching a glass of wine while pointing into the water.
Her eldest son Kai was making the most of the trip as he was spotted reclining on the deck before zipping around on a jet ski with the assistance of a driver.
The couple are frequent visitors to Barbados and own a £5million five bedroom villa, which has an infinity pool complete with a link bridge and sleeps 14. They bought the property in 2010 and rent the holiday home when they are not in residence.
Her day on the boat comes as Coleen marked her late sister Rosie’s anniversary by sharing a sweet snap of the teen, who passed away in 2013. She added a caption reading: ‘Another year since you left us Rosie. Keep watching over us.’
Rosie passed away aged 14 following her lifelong battle with Rett syndrome, a rare brain disorder that causes severe disabilities. The disorder affects physical movement and can bring about many different symptoms in each individual case.
Rosie was taken in as a foster child by Coleen’s parents, bricklayer Tony and Colette, a former nursery nurse, when she was two. Although they were aware she was disabled they did not know the full extent of her condition, which has no cure.
In an exclusive article for The Mail on Sunday in 2006, Coleen wrote: ‘When Rosie arrived she could crawl, and even though she couldn’t use her hands that much she would handle toys on her play mat and she could eat.
‘But over a period of time she stopped crawling and lost what use of her hands she had. Then she started having problems swallowing her food.
‘It took pretty much a year for Rosie to be diagnosed and, looking back, I can see how much Mum pushed to find out what was wrong with her and to try to do what was best for her.’
The holiday and Rosie’s anniversary come after it was reported that Coleen and Wayne spent tens of thousands of pounds on their Christmas lights at their £20,000,000 Cheshire mansion.
The former Manchester United player and the I’m A Celebrity star moved into the mansion three and a half years ago.
The sprawling home is located in the famous Golden Triangle of land in the area, which incorporates some of the region’s smartest postcodes and plays host to plenty of football players, TV icons and musicians.
And the vast property was decked out for the festive season with the pair seemingly enlisting the help of professionals to adorn it with bright Christmas lights.
Snaps of the home show festive lights lining the roof and porch, as well as covering wreaths, trees and hedges.
The lights are said to be so bright they can be seen from aircrafts on approach to Manchester Airport.
The Rooneys’ house, named High Lake Manor, boasts a snooker room, a home cinema, an underground spa, wine cellar, a stable area with space for 14 horses, and a football pitch.
