The corresponding petition appeared on the official portal of the Cherkasy City Council. The author of the petition explains his proposal by the fact that Oszi Osborne made a significant contribution to the development of culture.
The petition was submitted on July 26, and the collection of signatures started on the 28th. At the time of writing the news, it gained 148 signatures of 500 required.
