On Jan. 1, Netflix released Don’t Die: The Man Who Wants to Live Forever, a documentary centering around tech millionaire and biohacker Bryan Johnson and his pursuit of life extension.
In addition to his meticulous daily routine and sleep schedule, workout regimen, red-light therapy and strict whole food diet, Johnson incorporates a series of daily pills, oils and additional nutrient sources into what he calls the Blueprint Protocol. He has now made this collection of vitamins and supplements available to buy on Amazon.
The unique assortment of products from Blueprint are available for purchase individually or as bundles. One of his most popular releases, Snake Oil, otherwise known as Blueprint Extra Virgin Olive Oil, is described as having a “cold-pressed extraction method [which] preserves maximum nutrients, boasts a high polyphenol count, a low peroxide value and is a superior avocado oil alternative.” Johnson takes 1.5 tbsp. per day with meals.
