Amanda Bynes showcased her noticeably slimmer 5ft7in figure while running errands in Los Angeles on Sunday.

The former Nickelodeon star – turning 40 next April – was wearing black leggings, a colorful-stiped Karl Kani T-shirt, a white tote and matching jelly shoes.

Bynes has been vocal about her weight-loss journey, which began in June with the trendy GLP-1 agonist drug Ozempic so she could ‘look better in paparazzi pictures.’

‘I’ve lost 20 pounds so far. I’m so excited about that to be honest. Also, I want to lose about 50 more pounds,’ the retired SAG Award nominee announced November 5.

‘I’m 163 now — I actually shot up on the Ozempic pill to 180 from 173, so I was able to lose 20 pounds from 180, and now, I’m down to 163 on the Ozempic injection.’

Bynes continued: ‘So I’m really glad that I’m on the injection. It’s really working for me, and I’m trying to lose more weight just to feel skinny and cute.’

On October 23, the one-time podcaster – who deleted her OnlyFans account – revealed she’s also exercising as she attended a ‘7:15am Pilates class.’

Back in 2018, Bynes told Paper Magazine she was fully ‘abusing Adderall’ – which she called ‘the new skinny pill’ – in 2006 to maintain her svelte 5ft7in frame.

The FDA has only approved three GLP-1 drugs specifically for weight loss – the semaglutide Wegovy, the liraglutide Saxenda and the tirzepatide Zepbound – and the rest are specifically for patients suffering from type 2 diabetes.

Celebrities who’ve admitted to taking the diabetic injectables include Oprah Winfrey, Kathy Bates, Kelly Clarkson, Whoopi Goldberg, Serena Williams, Amy Schumer, Meghan Trainor, Elon Musk, Rebel Wilson, Chelsea Handler, Amy Schumer, Sharon Osbourne and Tori Spelling.

But for every celebrity who admits to hopping aboard the Ozempic train, there are many more who’ve remained suspiciously silent while slimming including Selena Gomez, Mindy Kaling, Melissa McCarthy, Khloé Kardashian, Demi Lovato, Lana Del Rey, Christina Aguilera and Ricki Lake.

Bynes made headlines last month for blasting an altered TikTok of herself accusing her former Nickelodeon boss Dan Schneider of getting her pregnant at age 13, which she clarified to TMZ were ‘lies for click bait.’

The 59-year-old Emmy-nominated showrunner joined his muse in a hot tub for an awkward Amanda Show segment, tried to get her to emancipate from her parents Rick and Lynn Bynes and was accused of overall inappropriate behavior by many former Nickelodeon actors in the 2024 Quiet on Set docuseries.

Schneider is suing the creators Mary Robertson and Emma Schwartz, Warner Bros. Discovery, Maxine Productions, Sony Pictures Television and more for defamation over falsely implying he sexually abused child actors who worked on his shows.

Bynes’ nine-year legal conservatorship controlled by her mother ended in 2022, but she was hospitalized at a psychiatric treatment facility in 2023 after spending four straight days wandering the LA streets in a manic state.

The Easy A alum was previously hospitalized in 2013 following a public meltdown involving a string of bizarre run-ins with the law dating back to 2012, including two hit-and-runs and two DUIs.

These days, Bynes is every bit the influencer with paid partnerships for brands like Nam Coffee and Arctic Fox.

The SoCal native – who was previously pursuing her manicurist license – earned an associate degree from Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising in 2019.
