Everyone who can inspire the military through creativity, accumulate resources, convey the truth about the Ukrainian resistance. Gather everyone in one place, put in order and start managing it. In order to have an officer corps that would say: “Antibodies”, you should give a month not on the first line, but somewhere in the headquarters of the second or third line, conditionally four concerts a month, raise spirit to the fighters. Sit and talk with them, let them rest and take pictures,” Topolya added.
