Warming in Ukraine: in which regions the heating season has already ended

As of Friday, April 4, heating has been turned off in some regions of Ukraine due to warm weather. This was reported on Facebook by the Ministry of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine, reports UNN.

DetailsCurrent information on the heating season is provided by the Headquarters of United Communities. At the same time, local authorities in the regions are monitoring the weather – in case it deteriorates, they are ready to restore heat to schools, hospitals and other social facilities.

Situation in the regionsData on the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, which has been occupied by Russian troops since 2014, is currently unavailable.

In the communities of Vinnytsia region, regulatory documents on the end of the heating season are being adopted, which will end no later than April 15.

In Lutsk, the heat supply was stopped on March 27. However, due to the expected temperature drop, heat supply to all medical institutions of the city will be restored in Lutsk from Sunday, April 6. The heating season continues in Kovel, Novovolynsk and Volodymyr.

In Dnipropetrovsk region, the heating season has ended for the residential sector. However, due to the cool weather, heat is still being supplied to a number of educational institutions and hospitals.

In Donetsk region, the heating season has been completely completed. Due to military operations and the security situation, the heating season was not started in the Pokrovsk community.

In Zhytomyr region, the heating season was completed in Zhytomyr, Ozerne and Novoguivynske on March 31. In Berdychiv, Korosten and Zvyagel, it is planned to be completed by April 7, taking into account climatic conditions.

In Zakarpattia, 13 out of 64 communities in the region have decided to end the heating season.

In Zaporizhzhia region, the heating period has ended in 16 out of 18 territorial communities. Currently, 16 boiler houses are operating there, heating 2 residential buildings and 16 social facilities.

In Ivano-Frankivsk region, the heating season ended in the Rohatyn, Bohorodchany and Bolekhiv communities.

In Kyiv region, objects are being disconnected from centralized heat supply. Currently, 52 communities in the region have decided to end the heating season.

In Kirovohrad region, the heating season has ended in the cities of Kropyvnytskyi, Oleksandriya, Dolynska, Svitlovodsk and the village of Vlasivka.

Heat is provided to the places of temporary residence of internally displaced persons from Luhansk region. In Lviv region, 14 communities decided to end the heat supply, and 3 more decided to suspend the heating season.

In Mykolaiv region, the heating season ended on March 24. Heat supply continues only in the city of Yuzhnoukrainsk, where 131 apartment buildings and 12 social facilities are provided with heat.

In Odesa region, the heating season is gradually ending from March 22. Currently, decisions have been made to end the heating season for 13 heat energy enterprises.

In Poltava region, local governments began making decisions on the end of the heating season on March 25. Currently, the heating season has ended in 13 out of 14 communities.

In Rivne region, 34 out of 64 territorial communities have completed the heat supply to the residential sector.

In Sumy region, objects are being disconnected from heat supply in five communities. In another 26 communities, the heating season will be completed in the period from March 28 to April 1.

In Ternopil region, the heating season has ended in 12 territorial communities. There are 823 boiler houses in the region.

In Kharkiv region, the heating season ended on March 21.

In Kherson region, heat supply to social and cultural facilities, as well as other consumers of centralized heating, ended on March 12.

In Khmelnytskyi region, the heating season was officially completed in two communities of the region – Slavutsk and Shepetivka. However, a number of social facilities continue to receive heat.
