Ukrainian exports of IT services in 2024 will again not show growth: according to the optimistic scenario, the decline will be 4%, and according to the pessimistic scenario – 6%, or 6.3-6.45 billion dollars compared to 2023. This is stated in the study of the Lviv IT Cluster “IT Research Ukraine 2024: Sustainability as a new reality”. It is noted that the IT sector remains the second largest item of Ukrainian exports after food, occupying 38% of the total structure. The projected decline in IT services exports means that 2024 will be the second year in a row without growth in this industry. According to the research forecasts, the drop in the volume of IT services exports under an optimistic scenario at the end of 2024 will be at least 4% lower than last year. On the other hand, in the case of a pessimistic scenario, this indicator will reach 6%.
