The Government has approved the Strategy for the Digital Development of Innovations of Ukraine (WinWin) until 2030, which outlines the key directions of state policy in the field of development of innovative products, goods and services. This was announced by the Deputy Prime Minister for Innovations, Education, Science and Technologies — Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine Mykhailo Fedorov. The WinWin strategy is a comprehensive vision and concrete steps to strengthen the innovation ecosystem in Ukraine, effective regulation and opening of new markets. It offers a vision of how to create favorable conditions for business, startups, scientists, investors and international partners in the field of innovation, which are critically important for the protection of sovereignty, economic development, reconstruction and support of the transformation process of Ukraine. At the same time, Ukraine should become a regional leader and driver of innovation in the European Union, using the export potential of its technological products. Thanks to the implementation of the strategy by 2030, Ukraine will have a chance to rise from the 79th place in the global human capital index, which it occupied in 2023, to the 55th. We will remind: Educational institutions of Ukraine, state agencies and central and regional authorities will use Microsoft cloud products free of charge until the end of 2025.
