The court seized and transferred to the Agency for Search and Management of Assets (ARMA) a new batch of assets of the Betonbud enterprise, which was hidden from the fiscal authorities.

The Betodbud plant and three more assets in the Lviv region (Capital Plaza LLC, 50% of Halytske Perehrestya LLC, Transmonolitavto LLC) of the Kozak and Medvechuk brothers were transferred to ARMA management in July this year.
Later, the law enforcement officers found that Betonbudu had unaccounted assets on its balance sheet: a hangar for bulk materials, concrete production equipment, a warehouse, and office space.
It is noted that the total value of the discovered property is about UAH 16 million.
In June, at the request of the DBR, another asset of the brothers Kozak and Medvechuk in the Lviv region – the Kermabud sand mining and ceramic brick production enterprise – was transferred to state management.
It is reported that the value of the asset was estimated at 5 million dollars.
Also, at the request of the SBI, the land plots that the companies of Medvedchuk and Kozak received free of charge from one of the territorial communities of the Lviv region were seized. There are gas deposits on the lands, which according to the documents have an agricultural purpose.
