The Verkhovna Rada committee on finance, tax and customs policy at a meeting today, November 27, supported an amendment that proposes to abolish taxation “retroactively” for sole proprietors in the draft law on raising taxes No. 11416-D. this was announced by MP Yaroslav Zheleznyak, writes UNN

Now the committee has postponed the introduction of taxation for sole proprietors from October 01 to January 01, 2025. that is, they fully defended it in order to remove the “back number” from the law окрім well, except for banks

According to the MP, the Ministry of Finance said that the president will soon sign a bill on raising taxes. And they will publish the law so that it will work from December 01.
