Ukraine still needs to consume electricity rationally during the day, and imports from 5 neighboring countries are planned for today at a slightly lower level than the previous day, the Energy Ministry said on Saturday, UNN reports.

Details

According to the Ministry of Energy, the enemy continues to shell the energy infrastructure, which leads to damage to substations and power lines, limiting the capabilities of the power system.

Power engineers are reportedly promptly carrying out restoration work at the damaged power facilities, taking the necessary measures to stabilize the power system.

“We urge all consumers to consume electricity rationally throughout the day. Sustainable consumption reduces the load on the power grid,” the Ministry of Energy said.

Over the past day, power companies restored power to 88,365 consumers who were cut off as a result of hostilities.

Situation at ZNPP

“The water level in the cooling pond is 14.09 meters. This is enough to meet the needs of the plant,” the statement said.

Import

For the current day, imports from Poland, Slovakia, Romania, Hungary and Moldova are forecasted to total 11,015 MWh with a capacity of 1201 MW, which is slightly less than the import volume a day earlier (11,419 MWh with a capacity of 1207 MW).
