The Ministry of Justice requests that 82.1086% of the total number of shares of Alfa Strahuvanny Insurance Company PJSC, 86.2264% of the share capital of Alfa-Leasing Ukraine LLC, Paritet Finance LLC, Sense Digital LLC “, LLC “Universal leasing company “ALPHA”, which are indirectly owned by Friedman, Aven and Kosogov.
Also, the Ministry requests to collect 100% of the total number of shares of Myrhorod Mineral Water Plant PrJSC, Morshyn Mineral Water Plant “Oscar” PrJSC, Industrial and Distribution Systems PrJSC, 100% of the share capital of IDS Aqua Service LLC as state revenue. , LLC “Potuzhnist”, PE “IVA”, SE “NOVA.KOM” and 3.343445% of the total number of shares of PJSC “Ukrainian branch company for the production of beer, soft drinks and mineral waters “UKRPIVO”, which are indirectly owned by the company “Rissa Investments Limited”.
The Ministry of Justice informs that Fridman, Aven and Kosogov are Russian businessmen, founders and shareholders of companies that are part of the Alfa Group financial and investment consortium.
The company Rissa Investments Limited is a holding company, the subsidiaries of which carry out the production and distribution of mineral waters, in particular, on the territory of Ukraine, the Russian Federation and Georgia, and together with the company Rissa Investments Limited form the Borjomi Group of Companies.
