The number of vacancies in the Ukrainian labor market in January increased to 94,985, which is 7% more than in December. This is stated in the study work.ua. In January, the largest work was offered in three categories: “Working specialties, production” – 15 932 vacancies, + 5% by December; “Service” – 13 927, +6%; “Sale, purchase” – 11 888, +11%. The greatest increase in vacancies per month took place in the category “Beauty, Fitness, Sport” – by 29%. The advertising: the study states that in January in the labor market was perhaps the largest number of candidates from the beginning of 2023, when the period of staff shortage began. As a result, nearly 1.5 million vacancies are 39% more than in December. Previously, the most competitive positions were a layout and a Front-end Developer, now in leaders-a Direct manager and a specialist of chat. These are professions that involve the processing of clients’ input appeals, usually on social networks.
