On November 25, the Commercial Court of the Kharkiv Region recognized PJSC “Kharkiv Bicycle Factory” as bankrupt and opened the liquidation procedure. The reason for the bankruptcy was the statement of the natural person-entrepreneur Olena Khomenko, to whom the company owed almost 800,000 UAH. The total amount of the plant’s debt to all creditors is UAH 41.8 million. During the property disposal procedure, it was established that the legal entity does not have any assets. The court also notes the absence of receivables in the company, which could constitute the company’s assets, which makes it impossible to satisfy the demands of creditors.
