The Cabinet of Ministers approved a resolution that makes procurement of domestically produced unmanned systems and means of electronic warfare (EW) permanent, which, according to Umerov, will speed up procurement. This was reported by the Minister of Defense Rustem Umyerov. According to him, the decision ensures efficiency in the supply of necessary technologies to the front and supports Ukrainian manufacturers, giving them the opportunity for stable development and improvement of products. “This decision means stability, systematicity and predictability for all participants in the process,” the minister noted. It is noted that the expansion of access to framework agreements is also foreseen: military units can join the agreements concluded by the procurement agencies of the Ministry of Defense and State Special Communications, which will allow to receive equipment faster and at competitive prices. From now on, the military will be able to plan their needs more effectively, and manufacturers will be able to focus on technological development and scaling up production, Umerov added.Advertisement: Read also: “Hell” for Russians.
