“Employees of television service suppliers engaged in the construction of electricity -resistant networks, according to XPON technology or which build energy -resistant networks on highways and national roads, are subject to booking,” the government said.

According to the Cabinet of Ministers, this requires a decision of the Ministry of Digital Transformation to determine the enterprise critically important, and the head of the enterprise should include employees in such construction crews.
The government believes that the decision will contribute to the uninterrupted functioning of “critically important telecom infrastructure and strengthens the country’s digital stability during martial law.”
According to Deputy Minister of Economy Vitaliy Kindratov, a stable connection and the Internet is a critical need for war:
“Reservation of construction crews will contribute to the rapid development of energy -dependent networks, which will guarantee the smooth operation of critical enterprises and services.”

By clarifying the government, the company must meet the following requirements for booking construction crews:
- to be included in the Ministry of Critically Important Enterprises engaged in the construction of networks by XPON technology
- Sell the XPON Networking Projects and have approved construction plans for at least one year
In addition, mobile operators will be able to book all employees of construction crews that create non -volatile networks along highways and national roads.
The process of reservation of construction crews will take place through “action”, similar to the reservation of emergency recovery services, adds the Cabinet of Ministers. The Ministry of Defense will be responsible for the formation of the list of enterprises and now processes the criteria for their inclusion in the list.
If the company does not perform the planned construction work, it will be excluded from the list and the booking of employees is canceled.
