On January 7, the Commercial Court of the city of Kyiv levied a penalty on “Food Pak” LLC for late delivery of tea and coffee to Kirovohrad Oblast, which were intended for Zaporizhia Oblast in the form of humanitarian aid. This is evidenced by the court’s decision of January 7. April 7, 2022 Kirovohrad Oblast the military administration ordered “Food Pak Company” LLC under a special budget program humanitarian cargo for the needs Zaporizhzhia region (payment was made by “Ukrzaliznytsia”) for UAH 9.45 million. It was about tea and coffee: Advertisement: – Indian tea small GBOP 0.2 kg (20000 pcs); – Kenyan tea granulated 0.2 kg (30,000 pcs); – Vietnamese small leaf tea 0.2 kg (35,000 pcs); Advertisement: – Chinese standard GUN POWDER tea 0.2 kg (10,000 pcs); – ground coffee saturated 0.2 kg (50,000 pcs.). The contractor delivered the goods from April 27 to May 3, 2022. And he had to do it by April 15, 2022 inclusive.
