Alyona Lebedeva was informed in November 2022 that she was suspected of financing Russian aggression. The investigation believes that her enterprises supplied goods and equipment for Russia’s defense-industrial complex.

She has been wanted since 2022.

At the beginning of 2024, the court started the bankruptcy procedure of one of Lebedeva’s main enterprises – PJSC “SNZ”.

Loss of markets, disruption of supply chains, and other war-related factors led to losses and reduced business activity.

The situation worsened due to the company’s proximity to the front line: in September, the Russians attacked the company twice, as a result of which one shop with a total area of 2,270 square meters was destroyed. m.

The court found that the continuation of the enterprise’s activities was impossible and appointed a liquidator.

The Svesk settlement council filed an application to transfer to it the property of PrJSC “SNZ”, which is used for centralized water supply and drainage of the settlement. This issue will be considered in the liquidation procedure.

The enterprise was established in 1870 for the production of pumps. Its modern history dates back to 1994, when it was privatized and turned into a joint-stock company.

Economic court of Donetsk region on October 28 admitted the bankruptcy of Rinat Akhmetov’s DTEK Skhidenergo LLC, which operated three power plants in the east of Ukraine.
