The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted in its entirety draft law No. 11063-d “On the State Agrarian Register”, which will contribute to the further digitization of the Ukrainian agricultural sector and is one of the demands of international partners.

“Also, the State Agrarian Register should become a single electronic window for communication between agricultural producers and authorities. Thanks to the adopted law, the circle of those who will be able to receive state assistance will be expanded in the DAR,” – noted Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine Vitaly Koval.
According to the generally adopted law, the range of DAR users is expected to expand, the ministry noted.
State support will be available not only to producers of agricultural products, but also to organizations of water users and subjects of the agro-industrial complex.

The online platform of the State Agrarian Register was launched on August 12, 2022 with the support of the European Union. The platform was created to help Ukrainian agricultural producers. As of September 18, 2024, more than 176,000 agricultural producers are registered in the State Agrarian Register. During the specified period, more than 50 support programs were implemented through the State Agrarian Register.
