According to the court decision, the Commercial Court of the Zaporizhia region received a claim from “Green Energy Tokmak” against the defendant state of the Russian Federation, represented by the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation, for the recovery of property damage caused in connection with the armed aggression of the Russian Federation, in the total amount of 63 million dollars USA, which is the equivalent of UAH 2.33 billion.
