Tax began tracking sales on the Internet, tens of thousands of people without registration have been found

Since March 1, the State Tax Service of Ukraine has introduced a new tax control tool that allows you to identify on a permanent basis persons who carry out online sale of goods and receive transfers for it without having appropriate state registration, reported DPS Pressljba on April 2.

As reported in the department, it is about citizens who systematically receive funds for the goods sold, actually engaged in entrepreneurial activity without official registration, as well as about natural persons-entrepreneurs who receive payment without the use of registrars of settlement transactions (PPO/PPO).

The information comes to the DPS from the PPO accounting system. In the first 20 days of March, tens of thousands of such persons were identified. In some cases, hundreds of transfers have been recorded on one account, indicating systemic activity.

Taxpayers call taxpayers to voluntarily register as business entities, use properly issued PPOs/PPOs and comply with the requirements of tax legislation in order to avoid financial and administrative liability.
