In the Azov Sea, the invaders are conducting a mass illegal fishing of fish, destroying natural resources. Fisheries’ losses due to their activities exceed 4.1 billion. The press service of the State Fisheries Agency reports. The Azov fish protection patrol, based on open data, calculated the losses caused by the Russian Federation. It is noted that the damage was: in 2022 – UAH 194.4 million, in 2023 – UAH 367 million, for 9 months of 2024 – UAH 3 584 million. The collected data was transferred to the police for involvement in criminal proceedings.
