Russia plans to start exporting coal from occupied Donbas in October – rosZMI

The Russian company “Don Coal Trading House” is going to start exporting coal from the occupied Donbas through the port of Mariupol in October.

Andriy Chertkov, one of the heads of the occupying Russian administration in the Donetsk region, stated this, writes “RBK”.

Negotiations on the supply of coal from Donbas are ongoing with potential buyers from China, India, Iran, Uzbekistan and Malaysia, confirmed the general director of the company Oleg Knyazev.

According to a source familiar with the plans of “Don Coal” of the Russian publication “RBK”, exports can go through the ports of temporarily occupied Mariupol, Taganrog and Rostov-on-Don, as well as by rail through Azerbaijan and Iran.
