RecallOn October 19, Russian troops launched strikes on energy facilities in Dnipropetrovsk and Chernihiv Oblasts. In Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, 192 miners remained underground and were evacuated.
All miners were successfully brought to the surface. None of the employees were injured.
