As of February 3, milk pasteurized with a fat content of 2.5% costs 54.79 UAH/kg, which is 66 kopecks. (-1%) less than the previous month, but by UAH 10.50 (+19%) more than last year. Kefir with a fat content of 2.5% in different containers costs 66.95 UAH/kg, which is 45 kopecks. (+0.7%) more than a month ago and by UAH 14.33 (+21%) more expensive than last year. Advertising: sour cream with a fat content of 15%in different containers costs an average of 161.89 UAH/kg, which is 2 , 40 UAH (+1.5%) more than the previous month. As for last year, sour cream went up by 37.74 UAH. The average price for yogurt drinking in plastic bottles, film or cardboard boxes was 103.62 UAH/kg, which is 1.66 UAH (+1.6%) more than a month ago and by 16.02 UAH (+15% ) more than last year. Yogurt in glasses costs 161.09 UAH/kg, which is UAH 3.35 (+2.1%) more relative to the end of December 2024 and by UAH 29.24 (+18%) more relatively last year’s period. The average price for cheese with sour milk with a fat content was 264.72 UAH/kg, which is 3.31 UAH higher (+1.2%) compared to the previous month and by UAH 50.07 (+19%) more than last year. Butter with a fat content of 73%of domestic production costs 546.71 UAH/kg, which is UAH 5.74 (+1%) more than last month and by UAH 156.49 (+29%) more expensive than last year. Ukrainian cheese is 50% with an average of 530.20 UAH/kg. Compared to the previous month, the goods went up by UAH 3.63 (+1%), relatively last year’s period – by UAH 91.97 (+17%). Recall that at the beginning of 2025 the purchase prices for milk and raw materials in Ukraine decreased under the influence of falling prices for butter and traditional decline in demand during the New Year holidays.
