The hotels have about 160 rooms for 300 people, not including cottages that can accommodate up to 10 people. The infrastructure includes five restaurants, a spa center, two summer swimming pools, a conference – a complex, an indoor sports and entertainment complex, a ski school, a bowling alley, etc. There is also a museum and a church on the territory,” says Forbes Ukraine with reference to Mykola Kmitya. The publication adds that the length of the ski tracks reaches 5 kilometers. For comparison, in Bukovel – 68 km. According to Mykola Kmitya, the resort needs investments of 400 million. “In the resort, we need to provide additional electricity, increase the length of the tracks from 5 to 30 km, expand the number of hotels. We want the resort to reach high capitalization, for this we need to have 400-500 rooms,” explains Kmit. The ski season at “Plaia” started on November 30 with new owners.
