Within the framework of the “ePermit” project, the first service became available for businesses – a declaration of compliance of the material and technical base with labor protection requirements.

About this informs press service of the Ministry of Economy.

It is noted that this tool should make work easier and save business time.

Last year, more than 13,200 entrepreneurs submitted such a declaration, in seven months of this year – almost 8,000, noted First Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Economy Yulia Svyridenko.

The declaration of conformity of the material and technical base is a document that must be submitted to the State Labor Office by enterprises operating heavy machines and mechanisms. Due to incorrectly filling out declarations, the document was returned to some and the process had to be started all over again.

The Ministry of Economy added that it is impossible to submit an incorrectly prepared declaration in “ePermit”. The algorithm will see the error and indicate it when filling in, so that it can be corrected immediately. If the system accepted the declaration, there will be no returns.

We will remind:

In Ukraine, the Unified State Electronic System of Permit Documents (ePermit) became available to entrepreneurs since September 18.
