The Ministry of Economy has focused its work on the introduction of artificial intelligence (AI) to find jobs for unemployed Ukrainians, on overcoming obstacles to women’s employment and retraining. According to Deputy Economy Minister Tetyana Berezhnaya, the Tony Blair Institute has researched the labor market in Ukraine and identified the main tools for attracting Ukrainians to economic activity. “We involve world-renowned institutions with rich international experience to implement the most effective policies to strengthen the labor market. The Tony Blair Institute presented nine areas that can contribute to increasing employment and economic activity of the population in both the short and long term,” – she explains.Advertisement: According to Berezhnaya, work is currently focused on three main areas: the involvement of AI in the processes of searching for vacancies and personnel, overcoming obstacles to women’s employment and retraining and mastering new professions.
