By November 11, 24 gasoline generators must be delivered to educational institutions of the district:
- 20 Alligator Pg9000e generators for UAH 44,100;
- 4 generators Alligator Pg6500e UAH 38,000 each.

Another ordered Chinese Alligator Pg6500e 5.5 kW generator in the same online store is sold for UAH 28,925. An additional year of warranty and shipping cost the same as in the previous case. Together, this amounts to UAH 32,574, which is 14% cheaper.
At the same time, as of November 8, “Rozetka” offers delivery by mail only on November 14. According to the contract, delivery should be by November 11. The current purchase was conducted without bidding due to an urgent need.
The rationale states that Ukraine is under martial law, so a safe visit to educational institutions offline is possible if they have the simplest shelter. Due to constant long-term blackouts in Odessa and air alarms, generators are needed for the educational process.
In confirmation, the customer published letters, applications and petitions from 23 educational institutions of the district (the majority will receive one generator each, and KZPO “Odesa City Center of Choreographic Art” – two).
Entrepreneur Mykhailo Fedorov was registered by the FOP in 2011 in Kirovohrad Oblast, but receives orders only in Odesa. Since 2016, units of the Odesa City Council have concluded contracts with him on the purchase of various goods, from food to generators, for UAH 8.12 million.
