House prices rose in Kyiv, Lviv and Odesa, and fell in Kharkiv

Average housing prices in Kyiv increased from UAH 3.1 million to UAH 3.6 million (by 16.6%) on the primary market and from UAH 3.8 to 4.0 million (by 6.7%) on secondary market.

This was reported in the press service of OLX.

OLX also noted that according to the study, prices also increased in Odesa and Lviv, and decreased in Kharkiv.

In Odesa, prices for new buildings increased by 16% – from UAH 1.9 to 2.2 million, on the secondary market, average prices increased by 7% – from UAH 1.6 to 1.7 million.

In Lviv, the price of new buildings increased by 17.8% – from UAH 2.9 to 3.4 million, in the secondary market – by 16.8%, from UAH 2.4 to 2.8 million.

In Kharkiv, average prices decreased from UAH 1.64 to 1.6 million in the primary market (-2.3%) and from UAH 1.09 to 1.03 million in the secondary market (-6%).

The press service noted that in August-October 2024, Kyiv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Irpin, Odesa and Lviv were the leaders in terms of the number of published ads for the sale of new buildings. On the secondary market during the same period, sellers of Kyiv, Odesa, Kharkiv, Irpen and Dnipro offered the most apartments.
