In particular, the terms of four available beacons were postponed:
- Appointment of the new Beb leader – from the end of February to the end of July 2025
- Submission of the Law on the Risk of Critical Third Parties of the Financial Sector – from May to September 2025
- Amendments to the Criminal Procedure Code to strengthen the fight against corruption, including the abolition of the so-called “Lozovo”-from December 2024 to July 2025; Getmantsev notes that this lighthouse is “tolerated for the third time, and I think the last time”
- Publication of external audit of the efficiency of the National Anti -Corruption Bureau of Ukraine – from February to July 2025
According to the People’s Deputy, the transfer of these goals indicates delays in the implementation of the EFF program and the course of reforms.
Four new structural beacons were also added to the Memorandum, Getmantsev said. It is about:
- Developing an operational plan for IT strategy for tax and customs-by the end of September 2025
- Adoption of sectoral strategies in accordance with the new state investment management strategy – by the end of December 2025
- Independent Verification of Professional Suitability and Business Reputation of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission – by the end of June 2025
- Reviewing the selection procedure and appointment to the supervisory boards of state -owned enterprises – by the end of August 2025
Getmantsev suggested that the next review of the program will take place in July and will be made structural beacons on reforms with the implementation in the middle of 2025.
