In August of this year, the volume of IT exports was 7% or $38 million less than in July 2024 and amounted to $507 million – this is the lowest figure since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Russia.
This is reported by the Lviv IT cluster with reference to NBU data.
Also, export figures in August are 10.4% or $59 million less compared to August 2023.
In general, for 8 months of the current year (January-August), the total export turnover of IT services is 4.3 billion dollars. This is 5.7% less than in the same period in 2022.
The share of computer services in the total export structure of all services of Ukraine in August was 37%. This is 3.7% less than in August 2023 and 1.7% less than in July of this year.
