The State Customs Service received five of the latest mobile X-ray scanners, which will facilitate the detection of hidden goods in vehicles. This was reported by the press service of the State Customs Service. “In addition, the USAID Project “Economic Support of Ukraine” purchased five mobile X-ray scanners to improve the efficiency of customs control at checkpoints on the border of Ukraine with Slovakia, Romania and Moldova. It is noted that two scanners will soon be installed at the “Porubne-Siret” road checkpoints on the border with Romania and “Uzhgorod-Vyshnye Nemetske” on the border with Slovakia.
