This was reported by the South China Morning Post, Interfax-Ukraine reports. “In order to ensure national security and interests, the authorities took these measures on the basis of the law on export control and regulation of the export of dual-use goods,” the publication quotes excerpts from the department’s statement. The Ministry of Trade clarified that the authorities took this step, in particular, within the framework of monitoring the non-proliferation of nuclear weapons.
