The first seven enterprises have successfully gone through the procedure of updating the critical status according to the new criteria. These are companies in the field of production of glass products, furniture, textiles, ceramic tiles and other areas. Companies have received the opportunity to reserve employees for a period of up to 12 months. Those who have not updated the critical status can also reserve employees. Such reservation will be valid until February 28, 2025, this is the deadline for updating the critical status
According to Svyrydenko, in the first two days of the resumption of reservation through “Diia”, companies submitted 3,500 applications for the reservation of 26.7 thousand employees.
Addition
- For private enterprises to obtain the status of critically important, they must meet two mandatory criteria:
- Wage level. The average salary must be at least UAH 20,000 for the reporting period
- Absence of debts. The enterprise must not have debts to the state or local budget for any taxes and fees.
It is also necessary to meet one of the additional criteria:
- the amount of paid taxes and contributions exceeds €1.5 million;
- foreign currency receipts exceed €32 million;
- the enterprise is of strategic importance for the state (defined in the list of strategic objects);
- the enterprise is a resident of “Diia City”;
- provides communication services with significant income;
- is of important importance for the economy or the needs of the community.
Additionally
If it turns out that the employer provided unreliable information about the employee’s salary, the enterprise will lose the opportunity for reservation and obtaining criticality for a period of 6 months.
