The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) is considering the case regarding the acquisition of control over a mine in the Donetsk region by former People’s Deputy Maksym Yefimov. This was reported by AMCU. Yefimov acquired a share of more than 50% in Shakhta 1-3 “Novogrodivska” LLC, and did so without the necessary permission of the Antimonopoly Committee. The Committee sees in Yefimov’s actions a violation of the legislation on the protection of economic competition.
