The exchange agreement was perhaps the only result of the meeting of Ukraine and Russia in Turkey. This was reported by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy in his telegram channel.

Judging from the photos published, the meeting was attended by a head The Main Directorate of Intelligence Kirill Budanov, SBU Chairman Vasyl Malyuk and Defense Minister Rustem Umerov.
